We will have a couple questions to ask to see if it is something that can be taken care of immediately or will need to be taken care of at our facility.
We will ask if you have performed or had some sort of diagnostics done. It is difficult for us to warranty an item if you tell us my truck ran great now it runs rough so I assume it's the injectors.
If your injectors need to be returned we will provide you with a shipping label and it will be emailed to you.
Once we receive the injectors we will put them through our inspection process to determine the reason for failure. All repairs will be made then returned to you with a full set of o rings for installation.
At American Diesel Injection we are not responsible for any labor or improper installation.
All injectors rebuilt by American Diesel Injection are backed by a 1 year unlimited mile warranty.

These are just a few sizes. Orders are built and machined on a one at a time basis so any custom combination can be built to your specifications.

the rebuild process
This service will include
New nozzle springs
New inner and outer o rings
New armature screws
New check balls
Upgraded adapter plate bolts
Any machine work needed to get this injector back to factory specs. The rebuild process.
1. Disassemble, measure and inspect all parts.
2. Test coils to make sure they are still in spec.
3. High temp ultrasonic clean all parts.
4. Recondition nozzle and micro polish needle.
5. Test spray pattern on nozzle.
6. Micro polish poppet valve.
7. Perform necessary machine work to obtain new spec clearances.
8. Reassemble with new inner and outer o rings, new nozzle springs, new check balls and armature screws...
